*New Jersey Residents: Element utilizes the Dynamic collection network in the State of New Jersey. For New Jersey Consumers who are not physically able to travel to a collection site without assistance and not physically able to lift and move heavy (50 pounds in weight or heavier) or unwieldy covered electronic devices, Element provides pick-up service at no cost. Please call Dynamic at 877-781-4030. Consumers can also find additional information by visiting the N.J. Department of Environmental Protection’s website.

**As part of Virginia’s Computer Recovery and Recycling Act, manufacturers are required to post annual recycling performance and compliance assurance reports on their websites. Element’s annual report is provided in the link.

Element has a unique partnership with the UBREAKIFIX program providing an option for customers with a damaged or non-working product to bring into a UBREAKIFIX location for repair. This partnership reduces shipping and, in turn, reduces the product’s carbon footprint.

Element recommends responsible battery handling when your batteries have reached the end of their useful life. Please properly dispose of your batteries in a manner consistent with your community’s laws and waste management requirements. You can visit http://www.call2recycle.org/ to find your local regulations, as well as drop-off locations.
