Element Electronics was presented with a Silver Stevie Award in the Sales and Customer Service category in the 15th annual Stevie Awards for Customer Service Success.
The Stevie Awards for Sales & Customer Service are the world’s top honors for customer service, contact center, business development, and sales professionals.
One judge commented, "An intelligent approach to improving satisfaction with customer service has had good results in reducing waiting times and resolving issues. This company has a unique profile in the market and shows great aptitude in taking care of business."
Another judge added, "The fact that Element Electronics takes time to review their customer experience is highly commendable. This led to a better customer experience through making needed changes such as employing an in-house Customer experience Director and 64 dedicated agents who will be available 24/7. This significantly improved response rate, which is one critical aspect in delivering exceptional customer service."
More than 2,300 nominations from organizations of all sizes and in virtually every industry, in 51 nations, were considered in this year’s competition. Winners were determined by the average scores of more than 160 professionals worldwide on nine specialized judging committees. Entries were considered in more than 90 categories for customer service and contact center achievements.
